Connected home technology leader AwoX demonstrated at CES 2009 a new iPhone compatible version of its mediaCTRL software. AwoX mediaCTRL mobile gives iPhone users the ability to control any DLNA 1.5 enabled media device in the home from their preferred portable device.            

By combining AwoX’s DLNA technology in process to be certified as reference, with the iPhone touch-screen and an intuitive user interface, AwoX mediaCTRL mobile enables the user to control any connected media device in their home. With one swipe of the finger, the user can select any movie in his digital collection, start and control playback on any DLNA enabled TV. With another swipe, the user can pick his favorite artist or playlist, and start and control music playback on DLNA certified audio devices in any room of his house. The AwoX mediaCTRL mobile provides multi-device and multi-server control.  It is the only iPhone application which enables audio and video control in one package.
