Alain Molinie
President & CEO

Alain is the former Chairman and CEO of the Smartcode Software group and General Manager at Palm Computing Europe. Before that, he was in charge of logistics and supply chain management at Axiohm, a leading company in thermal printing systems and had worked in a research center in New York.
Alain has extensive experience in management and business development activities. His responsibilities have included the development of a sales network for software products in more than twelve countries, including a 2000+ sales points in North America.
Alain holds a degree from the University of Columbia and from the Ecole Superieure d'Ingenieurs in Marseille.




Eric Lavigne
Chief Technology Officer

Eric is the former Product Marketing Director at Palm Computing Europe and also one of the founders of the Smartcode Software group, where he was successively responsible for R&D and product marketing departments.
Eric has lengthy experience in understanding markets and validating the adaptation between product definitions and market requirements. Eric is an expert in new communication technologies such as wireless links, giving him a broad wide vision of their possible applications and future evolutions.





Vincent Leclaire
Director of Engineering for embedded systems

Vincent is a former Palm Computing Europe engineer. He was in charge of PalmOS integration into smartphone products and also participated in the major migration of PalmOS from the 68K platform to the ARM world. He has extensive software and hardware knowledge and has also participated as Project Manager in a multitude of projects involving embedded systems and software.
